Berkshire MicroSeal SuperSorb 7″ x 7″ Bulk Wipers

MicroSeal SuperSorb 7×7 Bulk Wipers are made from 100% continuous filament polyester knit, featuring a two-ply pinsonic construction with a unique knit structure and pattern. The ultrasonically sealed edge reduces fibre contamination, and the wipers are laundered and packaged in Berkshire’s ISO Class 4 cleanroom. These wipers offer critically low particles, fibres, ions, and extractables, with high abrasion resistance and chemical compatibility with IPA, acetone, and other solvents. The highest sorbency level available in a polyester knit reduces wiper usage, while the pinsonic design adds surface texture to aid in stubborn residue removal. Designed for use in ISO Class 3 and higher cleanroom environments, they provide the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications. Ideal for spill control, chamber cleaning, CMP processing, stencil and print roll cleaning, steam autoclaving for aseptic applications, cleaning medical device products, and removing cleaning and disinfecting solutions, these wipers offer a low cost in use compared to other two-ply polyester knits.
