BCR Cleanroom Polyurethane Foam Swabs feature a cleanroom-laundered polyurethane foam head over a flexible paddle, utilizing 100 ppi open cell foam for optimal performance. The thermally bonded head ensures durability without contaminating adhesives, and the swabs are laundered and packaged in a Class 10 (ISO Class 4) cleanroom. These swabs offer low particles, fibers, ions, and extractables, along with good chemical resistance and excellent sorbency for solvent hold. Free from silicone, amides, and DOP, they are designed for the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications, making them ideal for cleaning sensitive equipment, applying lubricants and other liquids, and removing excess materials.
