BCR Cleanroom Polyurethane Foam Swabs feature a cleanroom-laundered polyurethane foam head over a rigid tip, utilizing 100 ppi open cell foam for optimal performance. The polypropylene handle with a thermally bonded head ensures durability without contaminating adhesives, and the swabs are laundered and packaged in a Class 10 (ISO Class 4) cleanroom. These swabs offer low particles, fibers, ions, and extractables, along with good chemical resistance. Soft and non-abrasive, they are free from silicone, amides, and DOP, and feature a ridged surface for improved cleaning ability. Ideal for the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications, they are perfect for applying lubricants, adhesives, or other liquids, and for removing excess materials.
