Berkshire Lab-Tips Large Knitted Polyester Swab (LTP125)

BCR Cleanroom Polyester Swabs feature a cleanroom-laundered 100% continuous filament polyester knit head attached to a long polypropylene handle with a rigid paddle head. The thermally bonded head ensures durability without contaminating adhesives, and the swabs are laundered and packaged in a Class 10 (ISO Class 4) cleanroom. These swabs offer critically low particles, fibers, ions, and extractables, along with high abrasion resistance while remaining soft and non-abrasive. They provide excellent chemical resistance, good sorbency, and are free from silicone, amides, and DOP. Autoclavable for added versatility, they are designed for the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications, making them ideal for cleaning sensitive equipment such as print heads, sampling surfaces for cleaning validation, applying lubricants and other liquids, removing excess materials, and cleaning with solvents.
