BCR Cleanroom Polyester Swabs feature a cleanroom-laundered 100% continuous filament 2-ply polyester knit head attached to a long polypropylene handle with a large semi-flexible paddle head. The thermally bonded head ensures durability without contaminating adhesives, and grooves on the handle allow for easy snapping. Laundered and packaged in a Class 10 (ISO Class 4) cleanroom, these swabs offer critically low particles, fibers, ions, and extractables. They provide excellent chemical resistance, high abrasion resistance while remaining soft and non-abrasive, and good sorbency. Autoclavable and free from silicone, amides, and DOP, they are ideal for sampling surfaces for cleaning validation in various industries.
