ValueSeal LP Cleanroom Wipes are crafted from a 55% cellulose / 45% polyester hydroentangled nonwoven blend, offering an excellent combination of synthetic polyester strength and cleanliness with the absorbent characteristics of cellulose. Free from secondary binders, these wipes are available in two sizes: 9×9 and 12×12. Gamma irradiated and sterile validated to a 10^-6 Sterility Assurance Level per AAMI guidelines, they come in header style packaging with package integrity testing and a lot number on each pack. A Certificate of Sterility, detailing expiration date, radiation dosage, and lot information, is available online 24/7, meeting cGMP requirements for traceability. These wipes are smooth, highly absorbent, durable, and economical, with low extractable levels. Chemically compatible with common cleaning and disinfecting solutions, including isopropyl alcohol, phenols, bleaches, and quaternary ammonium compounds, ValueSeal LP Cleanroom Wipes are designed for use in ISO Class 5 and higher sterile environments. They are ideal for cleaning sterile surfaces and equipment during aseptic processing, general wiping in component prep, compounding, and wash areas, general wipedowns in sterile gowning rooms, and applying and removing cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
