Berkshire UltraSeal 3000 Cleanroom Wipes

UltraSeal 3000 Cleanroom Wipes are made from 100% continuous filament polyester knit, featuring a two-ply pinsonic tubular construction and a patented sealed edge process (Patent #5,229,181) to reduce fibre contamination. Laundered and packaged in Berkshire’s ISO Class 4 cleanroom, these wipes offer critically low particles, fibres, ions, and extractables. They are chemically compatible with IPA and other solvents, providing a high sorbency level. The pinsonic design adds surface texture to aid in the removal of stubborn residues, while the patented sealed edge process combined with the tubular design offers excellent abrasion resistance for the toughest cleaning applications. Designed for use in ISO Class 3 and higher cleanroom environments, UltraSeal 3000 wipes ensure the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications. They are excellent for spill control, chamber cleaning, CMP processing, and the removal of tough residues. Steam autoclavable for aseptic applications, these wipes are also ideal for cleaning medical device products and removing cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
