The 3M 6000 Series Gas and Vapour Filters 6059 Class ABEK1 provide comprehensive protection against organic vapours (boiling point above 65%), inorganic vapours, acid gases, ammonia, and its derivatives. Designed with a counter-balanced, streamlined shape, these filters minimize weight and enhance comfort, while their unique trapezoidal design ensures an excellent field of vision. Lightweight and offering low breathing resistance, they are compatible with all 3M Half and Full Face Masks featuring a bayonet connection system, allowing for easy and secure attachment. These filters meet Type 5 (Hazardous Particulate Protection – EN ISO 13982) and Type 6 (Liquid Splash Protection – EN 13034 +A1) standards, making them suitable for a wide range of applications including vehicle and aircraft manufacture, refrigeration equipment maintenance, and the handling of inks, dyes, adhesives, resins, varnishes, paints, agrochemicals, and during electrolytic processes, acid cleaning, metal pickling, and etching.
