The BCR Face Mask 180mm with knitted earloops, available in bulk (BM180ELK50B) or individually packaged (BM180ELK25I), offers superior particle and bacterial filtration efficiency with its meltblown polypropylene filter media. The mask features a blue polypropylene spunbond outer layer for easy identification and a smooth, non-irritating white polypropylene spunbond inner layer. The fully enclosed vinyl-covered steel nosepiece is adjustable to reduce “blow by,” while the knitted nylon spandex earloops provide soft and comfortable wear for extended periods. Ultrasonic bonding minimizes contamination and outgassing. Bulk packaging includes 50 masks per pack, while individually packaged masks come with 1 mask per pack and 25 packs per outer bag, ensuring flexibility and convenience for various cleanroom environments.
