Featuring a polyurethane foam head over a rigid core, these swabs are compressed to 100 ppi and thermally bonded for durability. Laundered and packaged in a Class 10 (ISO Class 4) cleanroom, they offer low particles, fibers, ions, and extractables, ensuring minimal contamination. The swabs provide good chemical resistance, are soft and non-abrasive, and contain no contaminating adhesives. With excellent sorbency, they are ideal for cleaning sensitive equipment, applying lubricants and other liquids, and removing excess materials.
