BCR Cleanroom Polyurethane Foam Swabs feature a cleanroom-laundered polyurethane foam head over a rigid core, utilizing compressed 100 ppi open cell reticulated foam for optimal performance. The thermally bonded head ensures durability without contaminating adhesives, and the swabs are laundered and packaged in a Class 10 (ISO Class 4) cleanroom. These swabs offer low particles, fibers, ions, and extractables, along with good chemical resistance and excellent sorbency. Soft and non-abrasive, they are free from silicone, amides, and DOP, making them ideal for the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications, including cleaning sensitive equipment, applying lubricants and other liquids, and removing excess materials.
