BCR Cleanroom Polyester Swabs feature a cleanroom-laundered 100% continuous filament polyester knit head attached to a short polypropylene handle with a flexible paddle head. The thermally bonded head ensures durability without contaminating adhesives, and the swabs are laundered and packaged in a Class 10 (ISO Class 4) cleanroom. These swabs offer critically low particles, fibers, ions, and extractables, along with high abrasion resistance. They are chemically compatible with IPA, acetone, and other solvents, providing good sorbency while being soft and non-abrasive. Autoclavable and free from silicone, amides, and DOP, they are designed for the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications, making them ideal for cleaning sensitive equipment, applying lubricants and other liquids, removing excess materials, and cleaning with solvents.
