Berkshire MicroSeal 1200 Wipes

BCR Cleanroom Wipes are made from 100% continuous filament polyester knit with an ultrasonically sealed edge to reduce fibre contamination. Laundered and packaged in Berkshire’s ISO Class 4 cleanroom, these wipes offer critically low particles, fibres, ions, and extractables. They provide high abrasion resistance and are chemically compatible with IPA, acetone, and other solvents. With high absorbency and a weight and caliper that provide an excellent hand for cleaning rough surfaces, these wipes are designed for use in ISO Class 3 and higher cleanroom environments. They ensure the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications, making them ideal for oxidation, metallization, CVD, photolithography processes, chamber cleaning, CMP processing, stencil and print roll cleaning, steam autoclaving for aseptic applications, cleaning medical device products, and applying and removing cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
